At Prism Path Wellness, we provide affirming, trauma-informed coaching and mental health counseling for polyamorous, kinky, and LGBTQIA+ individuals. Our mission is to create a compassionate and nonjudgmental space where individuals can explore their identities, relationships, and personal growth. We believe in the power of authenticity, self-determination, and emotional well-being, offering support that empowers our clients to thrive in every aspect of their lives. What is the difference between counseling and coaching?

Counseling (available only to Texas residents) is a mental health service that provides therapeutic support for emotional and psychological well-being. Coaching and consultation (available nationwide) focus on personal growth, relationship dynamics, and life skills but do not involve diagnosing or treating mental health conditions.

Do you offer in-person sessions or only virtual?

All sessions are currently conducted online via secure video calls for accessibility and privacy.

Do you work with individuals, couples, or polycules?

Yes! I provide support for individuals, couples, throuples, and larger polycules, as well as those exploring nontraditional relationships.

Do you offer free 15-minute consultations?

Yes! I offer a complimentary 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs, address any questions you may have, and determine if we’re a good fit. You can schedule a consultation by contacting me.

What topics do your education classes cover?

Topics include ethical non-monogamy, communication in relationships, kink and BDSM dynamics, consent, pleasure education, and more.

Are your classes and services LGBTQIA+ and sex-worker friendly?

Absolutely! I provide an inclusive and nonjudgmental space for all individuals, regardless of their gender identity, sexual orientation, or profession.

Is what I share in sessions confidential?

Yes! All counseling and coaching sessions are confidential, with the exception of instances where disclosure is required by law, such as when there is a risk of harm to oneself or others. Coaching services also adhere to ethical confidentiality guidelines.

Will my information be shared with anyone?

No. I prioritize privacy and do not share client information without their consent, except in cases of legal or safety-related necessity.

What are the costs of your services?

Prices vary based on service type and duration. Please contact me for more details.

Do you accept insurance?

I do not currently accept insurance, but I can offer a sliding scale based on yearly income. Coaching services are private pay only.
