Our coaching sessions explore practical tools such as thought reframing, communication enhancement, and strategies for adopting healthier attachment models and relationship structures. Whether you’re interested in strengthening self-esteem, navigating ethical non-monogamy (including polyamory, open relationships, or swinging), or enhancing your approach to conflict resolution, these sessions are designed to be supportive, structured, and adaptable. We may also incorporate custom contract templates I’ve developed, such as those for safe sex practices, fair
fighting, and break-up or de-escalation planning, as practical aids to support clearer communication, stronger relationship structures, and healthier conversations around agreements. Coaching is a forward-focused, skills-based service that empowers individuals with education and strategies they can use in everyday life, regardless of location.
